Wendi Socha embodies the theme of “Believe” in that she believes that every student can learn and be successful.
She creates opportunities for students to be their best and believes in building relationships with families to create a strong home and school partnership. She is a true advocate for all students, especially students with disabilities.
This year, she organized a week of activities at Fuller called, "Celebrating Differences" providing disability awareness activities to students. Wendi definitely goes above and beyond and sets the standard for Excellence in TD3.
The 2024 Tempe Elementary Excellence Awards is a program of recognition that allows our district to honor employees that demonstrate excellence in their work. This year’s awards encompasses one winner from each Tempe Elementary school or site including the three District office locations of Brogan, Bustoz, and Sanchez. In total, we have 26 Excellence Award Winners this school year.
All employees were encouraged to nominate any fellow district employee who has embodied our District theme of Believe.
